This was a recent find from Brazil. There was a very large "boulder," of Rubellite that miners beat on to produce chunks of Tourmaline. The color is good, and it shows the striated crystals. It's in Quartz, and none of the tourmaline are terminated, but none were from this find. It is a fun piece, good as a sample. It weighs 120 grams.
