RHODOCHROSITE4

Production on this mine I've been told is closed. True or not, there hasn't been any real production for years on the market. This piece gives a lot of "bang for the buck," given the rhodos are a good red-pink color and the crystals are sizeable. some of it is a little blocky, with a little cleavage on one side, but overall in good shape. The largest crystal is 2.5 cm. The best crystal is about 2 cm. The color saturation in the pics is just a touch better than the piece itself.

It weighs over 300 grams (10.6 ozs)
