This fine crystal is in pristine condition, without any dings, including a super sharp termination. It has a purple depth of color to it, which is unusual in scepters from this location. We've mined at this deposit over the last 20 years, and the amethyst is typically next door at Jonne's claim, while more smoky scepters are found at Foster hallman's claim.  A deep purple, large  scepter is the holy grail for this location and few have ever been found. This scepter sits so perfectly on its lucite stand, The head is very symmetrical, and the stem is centered. From the backside, you can see the layered crystallization, where the top growth contained the Amethyst. It has character and charm.
